Ground Shipping

 The majority of all orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Standard Ground service. (To the 48 contiguous States.) Shipping and handling charges are based upon the entire weight of your order; not on each item. Items shipped within the state of Wisconsin are applicable to 5% county sales tax. Select items may offer free shipping; this will be noted as you view the product.

We do our best to process, package, and ship your order the same day or next business day. During our busiest times, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. USPS Priority Mail typically arrives in 1-3 days from ship date; UPS ground typically arrives in 3-7 days from ship date. (Please note that unless otherwise arranged, orders weighing over 6 lbs will typically ship UPS.)

Expedited delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico require additional shipment charges and must be discussed prior to checkout. Freight Shipping

Some products offered may exceed a specified size and weight. These items will be required to be shipped by freight (semi truck). This means that there must be reasonable access available to your property. Typically, these packages are delivered to your curb (or closer to your house if possible), and the driver will help unload the product. For heavy products, it is advised to make arrangements for additional help. Ultimately, you are responsible for the removal of the product from the truck. The shipping company will contact you ahead of time to schedule delivery as you must be home at time of delivery.

If you need to arrange for additional shipping services, please let us know at the time of placing your order. For instance, if you do not have the means or assistance to remove the product from the truck, you can order a lift gate (may incur an additional charge) which will then allow the driver to lower the product off of the truck for you. Please Remember for all HEARTH PAD and FREIGHT Deliveries:

• You must be present at time of delivery.
• Please thoroughly inspect the package for any external or internal damages while the driver is present.
• If damage has occurred, you must reject the package and contact our offices at 1-800-236-6647
• Once you have received the package, the shipping company is released from any responsibility for damage, so it is essential to inspect the package thoroughly.
• Please allow up to 14 days for delivery once the item has shipped.

Please note that we must have a residential or commercial physical address in order to ship any item.  If a non-physical address is entered we will contact you to obtain a physical address.
