Introduction to Green Mountain Grill

Overview- Believe it or not, pellet grills have been around for more than 25 years! Pellet grills originate from the concept of real wood cooking. National and state BBQ champions use real wood to make their masterpieces, knowing that the food is not only healthier, but that it also significantly tastes better. GMG pellet grills give you the great flavor of wood cooking with the ability of controlling your grills temperature precisely, all with the push of a button. Easy drain grease tray channels drippings and juices into a small clean out bucket, while the barrier prevents dangerous flare ups and creates and even temperature cooking surface. With automatic push start, heavy duty wheels on all 4 legs, and side serve tray, grilling is great with the GMG.

Healthy & Cost Effective- BBQ pellets are typically 1/3 of the cost of filling a traditional LP tank for the gas grill or purchasing charcoal briquettes for the old Weber. Pellet grills and wood pellet fuel is also a much healthier way to cook. Food grade wood pellets never use binders or additives, just 100% pure, natural sawdust. GMG pellet grills work just like your oven! Convection cooking at it's finest keeps the fire from coming into contact with your food; simply a healthier grilling method.  

Temperature Control- With complete control of your temperature in any weather, wood pellet grills give you the ability to bake, smoke, grill, sear, and BBQ year round! GMG grills have a temperature range of 150-500 degrees.  

Suggested Cooking Temps:

150-225: SMOKE- Cheese, nuts, seeds, veggies, meat, fish, practically anything!

230-325: BBQ- Great temperature if you have a little longer time to cook; slow cooking will give the best flavor to all your foods.

330-425: BAKING/ROASTING- Great for pizza's, cookies, and pies. Just like your oven! For best results, it's recommended to set the grill 25-50 degrees less than instructions indicate for a traditional oven.

425-500: SEAR: Enjoy those nice grill marks on your meat? Searing is how it's done! Perfect for burgers, brats, steaks, and dogs. When you want it done fast, searing is best.
