We offer two different firebox door rope gasket kits for Breckwell pellet stoves. The firebox door gasket creates the seal from the door to the stove body/frame. It's imperative to safety and proper function that this gasket seal is making a tight seal all the way around the door. Be sure to routinely inspect your door gasket and replace when there are notable signs of wear, fray, weak seal, or air gaps. Our replacement door rope gasket kit for Breckwell part number 88082 is a 3/4″ diameter gasket, correct for Breckwell SP1002 Big E ll and SPG9000 Monticello models. Our replacement for Breckwell part number C-G-050 is a 5/8″ diameter gasket, correct for Breckwell P20 Cadet, P2000 Tahoe, P2000I Tahoe Insert, P22 Maverick, P22I Maverick Insert, P23 Sonora, P23I Sonora Insert, P24 Blazer, P24I Blazer Insert, P26 Cadet, P2700 Mojave, P28, P28i, P32I Cadet, P4000 Classic Cast, P7000 Solstice, SP1000 Big E, SP1002 Big E ll*, SP6000 Heartland Multi-Fuel models. (*Ash pan door gasket). When it comes time to replace, follow along with our general guide video below.

The glass gasket for the Breckwell SP1002 Big E ll, SPC50, and SPG9000 Monticello will be a 3/4″ wide flat 'tape-style' gasket, part numbers WG02 and 88087. This gasket creates the seal from the glass to the firebox door. Routinely inspect this gasket as well and replace when there are notable signs of wear, fray, brittleness, or air gaps. Follow along with our general installation video below.

The Breckwell combustion blower, also referred to as the exhaust fan or draft motor, will use two gasket seals. There will be a 6″ round gasket that goes from the motor to the housing, part number C-G-105, and an oblong gasket, part number C-G-101, that creates the seal from the housing to the exhaust manifold. We recommend these gaskets are routinely inspected and replaced when the blower motor is removed for cleaning, maintenance, service or when there is notable wear, cracks, or breaks in the gasket.

The 'snail-style' convection fan, also referred to as the distribution blower or room-air fan, has a silicone mount gasket, part numbers C-G-100 and 88205. We also offer a replacement convection fan gasket for the Breckwell SP6000 Heartland model manufactured in 2012 to current, part number 88106. This gasket creates the seal from the blower housing to the air port on the stove. Same as the combustion blower gasket, we recommend replacement every time the blower fan is removed and/or when there are notable signs of wear, breaks, or splits in the gasket. If you are looking to save a few bucks, we offer a 12″ x 24″ gasket sheet to trace and cut your own blower/fan/motor gaskets; click here to take a closer look. This gasket sheet also works great for the Heartland SP6000 igniter flange plate gasket, part 88118.
