Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge stove models have several different styles for the convection fan. Also referred to as the distribution blower, the convection fan circulates air through the heat exchange tubes, dispersing the heated air into the room. We carry an aftermarket replacement convection fan replacing part number AC-16. This blower fan fits several Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge wood stove models. See our listing model specs to determine if this is the correct replacement for your unit. Our replacement for convection fan part number PU-4C447 fits dozens of Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge pellet stove models that were manufactured in 2002 to present. For Englander 25-EP, 25-EPI (Evolution Pellet), 25-PDV, 25-PDVC, 25-PDVP, 25-PFS, 25-PFSP, and 25-PI models manufactured prior to 2002, we offer the convection fan replacement for part PU-4C442. Depending on the model, some will use one and some will use two of these blower fans. We also offer a motor only option for the PU-4C442 convection fan allowing you to save a few bucks by utilizing your existing motor housing. Always double check and cross reference your part number to ensure you are ordering the correct replacement convection fan. Check out our video below for general installation guidance for this style blower fan.

We offer four different aftermarket combustion blower options for Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge pellet stove models replacing part number PU-076002B. Also referred to as the exhaust fan motor, this combustion blower is correct for 10-CPM, 25-CB120, 25-EP, 25-EPI (Evolution Pellet), 25-IP (Imperial Pellet), 25-PAF, 25-PAH (Pellet Auxiliary Heater), 25-PDV, 25-PDVC, 25-PDVP, 25-PI, and 25-SSP01 models. The combustion blower draws air through the burnpot, up past the heat exchange tubes, down the rear fire wall, expelling the exhaust gases out of the flue vent pipe. Weak or failing combustion blowers will often give us troubles with ignition, vacuum switch tripping, lazy/sooty flame, and abnormal noises during operation. Regularly inspect and clean your combustion blower to ensure proper operation and replace when it's no longer functioning as required. If you are purchasing one of our motor kits, follow along with the installation guide video below.

There are several different auger feed motors and agitator stirrer motors for Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge models. For most models, these motors will have a gasket and bearing block. When the time comes to replace your motor, be sure to inspect the bearing block and gasket and replace if needed. The auger feed motor works in tandem with the control board settings, turning intermittently to churn pellets up the auger shaft and into the burnpot. Some models will have both an upper and lower auger motor. The agitator stirrer motor is used in select multi-fuel models. This motor will turn the agitator stir bar in the burnpot to help prevent clinkers and burnpot build-up.

The 1 RPM counter clockwise rotation auger feed motor and agitator motor, part PU-047040 is the most common motor for Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge pellet stove models. This motor is used as the agitator stirrer motor in multi-fuel units that have 10-CPM, 49-SHCPM, 49-SHCPML, and 49-TRCPM in model number. This motor will be the auger feed motor in stoves that have PDV, PDVC, 10, or 22 in the model number. See our models spec tab for a detailed list of models that use this motor.

The 2 RPM clockwise rotation auger feed motor and agitator stirrer motor, part number CU-047042 is used as the agitator motor in 10-CDV, 49-SHC22G, 49-SHC22L, 49-SHC22P, 49-TRC22G, 49-TRC22L, and 49-TRC22P models. This motor is used as the auger feed motor in 10-CPM, 25-EP, 25-EPI (Evolution Pellet), 25-IP (Imperial Pellet), 25-IPM, 25-IPS, 25-PAH (Pellet Auxiliary Heater), 25-PUF (Pellet Utility Furnace), 49-SHCPM, 49-SHCPML, 49-TRCPM, 55-SHPAH, 55-SHPAHL, 55-SHPEP, 55-SHPEPI, 55-SHPEPL, 55-SHPEPIL, 55-TRPAH, 55-TRPEP, and 55-TRPEPI models.

The 4 RPM clockwise rotation auger feed motor, part number CU-047044, will be used in the Englander 10-CDP, 10-CDV, 10-CDVG, 10-CDVL, and 10-CDVP models. As the auger motor or agitator motor wears or weakens, we will often notice abnormal noises during operation, inconsistency with the fuel feed delivery or agitator rotation, binding/jams, or failure of the motor. Learn how to test your motor to direct power and see our video below for general auger motor installation.
