The Pacific Energy PS45 Warmland and Warmland Classic models will use a 7/8″ diameter round rope gasket for sealing the firebox door to the stove frame/body. Our gasket kit includes high temperature sealant and replaces the original factory gasket seal. Over time the door gasket will wear and create air leakage which will affect your fire, efficiency, ignition, and can trip the vacuum switch not allowing the auger motor to run in pellet models. Regularly inspect your door gasket to ensure it's making a tight seal all the way around. When you need to replace, follow along with our installation video.

The Pacific Energy combustion blower, also referred to as the exhaust fan or draft motor, will have two gasket seals. The first is a 6″ round gasket that goes from the motor to the housing. The second is an oblong gasket that goes from the housing to the stove manifold. When removing your combustion blower exhaust fan motor, check these gasket seals and replace them when worn or cracked. The Pacific Energy convection fan will also have a gasket from the housing to the air channel on the stove. Be sure this gasket is creating a proper seal for optimal air flow and replace when there are notable signs of wear.
