Austroflamm by Rika Integra pellet stove replacement parts. We currently offer select key replacement parts for Rika Integra models.

The Rika Integra will use a 1/2″ diameter round rope gasket for the firebox door. For efficiency and safety it's important to inspect your door gasket seal during your routine maintenance to ensure it's making a tight seal all the way around. When it's time to replace your door gasket, you can follow along with our installation video below.

Rika Integra pellet stove models will use a 1 RPM auger feed motor. The auger motor churns pellets up the auger shaft dropping them down the feed chute and into the burnpot/firepot grate. As the auger motor wears over time we will often notice abnormal noises from the motor, frequent auger jam, and inconsistent fuel delivery. The Rika Integra will use a specialty EBM combustion blower, also referred to as the exhaust fan or draft motor. The combustion blower draws air through the burnpot, up past the heat exchange tubes, down the rear firewall, forcing the exhaust out of the flue venting. The combustion blower air rushing past the igniter element during startup becomes 'super-heated' creating ignition to the pellets in the burnpot. As our combustion blower weakens or wears, we will often notice noise from the motor, missed ignition, poor quality fire and overall combustion, and smoke emitting into the room if it fails completely. Inspect and dust off your combustion blower during your routine maintenance and replace when needed.
