The hose on our fire retardant ash vacuum is custom built to handle warm ash of up to 140°F. The outside of the hose is lined with plastic, which allows for flexibility so you can enjoy a full range of motion on your vacuum while keeping the unit stable.

We’ve constructed our Ash Vault Pro Vacuum to be thermally protected. This means that when something too large for the vacuum gets sucked up, the vacuum shuts itself down to avoid thermal override, and subsequent damage to the motor.

It's important to note that a standard vacuum can't filter or contain the fine particles of solid fuel fly ash. It'll simply exit the vacuum cleaner again and escape back out into the air.

By comparison, our PelletHead Ash Vault Pro will suck up any fly ash and keep it contained within the vacuum cleaner. In addition, flame retardant filters on the vacuum will permit you to easily clean any warm ashes with no concern for safety.

Using a fire resistant metal flex hose and a specially designed dual flame retardant filtering system for ash, our ash vacuum pro solves the common issue that arises from removing ash from stoves and fireplaces without concern of ash all over the house or burning up your vacuum cleaner. Additionally, a special quick access on top of the vac allows for cleaning the secondary filter without taking off the lid.

This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
