I bought a whole chicken to rotisserie but the rotisserie my friend gave me was malfunctioning and I decided to use my Davy Crokett at the last minute. I had brined it overnight and used your 3 hour smoke at 220 and the rest at 330 method. It took about 45 minutes for it to come to temp at 330. The skin was crisp, the meat was so tender, and the lemony brine I used was so good. I was nervous, smoking a whole chicken for the first time but it came out super delicious. I’m glad I found your YouTube video. Thank you!!!
