Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Shipping dates are the next business days. Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday (Regular and Postal) Dates Are not included as Shipping Days
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:USPS – Priority Free Shipping. Provide PO Box if applicable FedEx UPS
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
A 5.5 % Tax or Fee will apply to every order. 
We understand you want to get your stove up and running as fast as possible, so we introduced free 2 day shipping on stove part orders that are over $75. Some exclusions apply, if your item is over 2200 cubic inches, or weighs more then 50LBs it is exempt. Orders placed before 1PM CST will ship the same business day. Orders after 1PM CST will ship the next business day. Weekends do not count as shipping days. Pellethead is not responsible for carrier delays.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.1. Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These will be specified on the individual listing.There are no returns on circuit / control boards. Please ensure you require a control board prior to ordering.International return customers are responsible for shipping cost of return and new part shipment.Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Item(s) returned within 30 days of purchase in a new, un-used condition within the original packaging is subject to a full refund minus any or all shipping costs and/or taxes and fees. Item(s) returned in non-sellable condition, or outside the 30 day limit is subject to a partial, or no refund. Item(s) returned with proven manufacturer defect, or arrival with shipment damage to item(s) within 30 days is subject to a replacement or refund.
The warranty period will begin on the date of purchase and is good for one year from that date. All items must be returned to us by 1 year to be eligible for warranty replacement, No Exceptions. Warranty is a product replacement only.International Warranty Customers are responsible for return shipping (should item be requested) and Shipping of New Item.
