Cleaning	Recommended wiping off sensor after every 2-3 uses. A warm, damp cloth can be used to wipe soot and ash off the probe. Disconnecting for cleaning is not necessary.
Troubleshooting	HOT Error: This is most commonly caused by a grease fire, fire flare-up, or from build-up on the thermal temperature sensor. Be sure the grill is being thoroughly cleaned and wiped down between uses. If the sensor, grates, and grill are clean, but the error persists a replacement sensor may be required.
