Genuine OEM Green Mountain Grills Replacement. This heat shield is designed for the Daniel Boone Prime, Daniel Boone Prime Plus, and Original Ledge Prime models, part number P-1229. If you have a Daniel Boone Choice Model (110V), please see part number P-1069. If you have a Ledge Prime 2.0 model, please see part number P-1721. The heat shield baffle is placed over the Burnpot, designed to disperse the flame and heat of the fire. We recommend periodic cleaning; an ash vacuum and dry paintbrush work great for general maintenance. If the heat shield has become warped or has burn-throughs, we recommend replacement.
