GMG Daniel Boone and Jim Bowie Choice Igniter
Genuine OEM Green Mountain Grills replacement igniter element. This 110V AC ceramic igniter element is correct for the following GMG part numbers: GMGP29, P-1079, and P-1099. This will be the correct replacement if you have a Daniel Boone or Jim Bowie Choice grill model (Original 110V Models). If you have a GMG Daniel Boone Prime/Prime Plus or Jim Bowie Prime/Prime Plus, please see P-1271 for the 12V igniter element.
This is a 110V AC electrical ceramic ignition element designed to deliver rapid starting performance every grilling session. We recommend cleaning the burnpot after approximately 10lbs of pellet fuel has been burned through. A clean burnpot allows good contact with the pellet fuel to the igniter and burnpot air-holes allowing for quicker and less smoky start-ups. This ignitor element will be correct for the Daniel Boone Choice and Jim Bowie Choice pellet grill models.
