GMG Jim Bowie and Peak Prime Grease Drip Tray Baffle 1 Pc. Stainless Steel
Genuine OEM Green Mountain Grills Replacement. This is the 1-piece solid stainless steel design grease drip tray baffle, part number P-1106. Designed for the GMG Jim Bowie models and Original Peak Prime. If you have a Peak Prime 2.0 model, please see part number P-1740 for the correct replacement. The grease drip tray is placed at an angle above the heat shield and just below the cooking grates. It acts as an additional fire barrier as well as draining food grease into the drip bucket. We recommend routine cleaning of the grease drip tray and to replace if it becomes warped or has a burn-through.
