This motor is a replacement for both the Fasco and Dayton Brand Motor Assembly. This motor is a direct bolt on for Fasco Motor Housings. IF you have a Dayton Motor Housing, some modifications will be required for installation. Using this motor kit on a Dayton Motor Housing will require removal of two opposing mounting studs for proper installation.
