Enviro Pellet Interior & Exterior Parts

We carry several interior and exterior parts for Enviro-Fire pellet stoves. Interior parts will include burnpot/firepot parts, feed system parts, and firebox parts. Exterior parts will include grille louvers, door parts, and damper parts.

Depending on your Enviro model, there are several different burnpot liners and burnpot housings that the liner seats in. The Enviro EF5 Evolution and P4 pellet stove models will use burnpot liner part 50-458 and 20-054. The Enviro EF2, EF3, Meridian, and Windsor pellet stove models will use standard burnpot liner part EF-024 and 50-474. These models also have an option for a 'high-ash' burnpot liner, part 50-258 and 50-587. We recommend the high-ash burnpot liner if you are burning standard grade pellet fuel vs premium grade pellet fuel. The 50-1167 burnpot liner will be used in Enviro Mini models that were manufactured 08/06/08 and earlier; serial number 187253 & lower. You can find the manufacturer date and serial number on the UL plate which is typically located on the rear of the appliance, the inside hopper lid, or the inside of the ash door. The 50-1923 burnpot liner is for the Mini-A pellet stove model manufactured on or after 9/20/08; serial number 174769 and higher. This same 50-1923 burnpot liner is correct for the Enviro P3 pellet stove all years of manufacturer. These burnpot liners will seat inside of a burnpot housing/cradle. When replacing your burnpot liner, be sure to inspect the burnpot housing and replace if it is warped, cracked, or has burn-throughs.

Additional firebox replacement parts will include the Enviro EF5 Evolution steel brick firewall liner, part 50-999 and 20-045, which is designed for EF5 models that have the round pellet drop chute. For the Enviro EF5 Evolution we also offer the 3 piece firebox liner panel set, part EF5-124. Lastly for the EF5 Evolution we offer the replacement left side firebox panel, part EF5-126. If you have an Enviro M55, M55 Cast, M55 Cast Insert, or Maxx-M stove model, we offer a replacement agitator stir bar with coupling, part 50-1697. The agitator is in the burnpot and rotates periodically to prevent heavy build-up and clinkers from forming. We suggest replacement of the agitator when there is heavy wear, breaks, or the 'fingers' are burned down.

Enviro feed system parts will include the corkscrew auger shaft; we carry two different replacements. The Enviro M55, Maxx, Mini, Omega, and P3 pellet stoves will use auger shaft 50-1161. Enviro EF5 Evolution and P4 pellet stove models manufactured on/after September 2004 will use auger shaft 50-1085. As the auger shaft wears, we will often notice abnormal noises while it's turning, frequent auger jams, and inconsistent fuel delivery. We recommend vacuuming accumulated pellet fines out of your fuel hopper after each ton of pellets are burned. For the Mini and P3 Enviro pellet stove models we offer the auger mounting plate with the brass bushing, part 50-2206. As this bushing wears it will create 'slop/play' within the auger creating scenarios as mentioned above with auger jams and binding.

Exterior door parts will include the Enviro Mini door latch, part 50-1158. The Enviro Bern, EF5 Evolution, and Mini door hinge bracket, part EF5-135. The Enviro Mini handle holder bracket, part 50-1177, which mounts on the rear of the stove and holds the door handle, part 50-1159 which is used for the Mini and P3 pellet stove models. Lastly, we offer the ash pan door latch assembly, part 50-2588, which is correct for the Enviro EF2, EF3, EF4, EF5 (Evolution), Meridian, Mini, P3, P4, and Solus models.
