Genuine OEM Replacement Freedom Independence PS21 pellet stove secondary feeding roller, part 21048. Also referred to as an auger shaft, the secondary feeding roller will be the auger shaft that delivers pellet fuel from the hopper to the lower feed system. The secondary feeding roller will pair with the primary feeding motor (auger motor). We recommend cleaning sawdust out of the fuel hopper every 50 bags that goes through to prevent accumulation and auger jams. It’s good to annually inspect the feeding roller/auger shaft and replace when there are breaks, cracks, or signs of heavy wear.
