Napoleon and Timberwolf High Limit Switch
Genuine OEM replacement 200F high limit switch for Napoleon and Timberwolf pellet stove models. The high limit switch, also referred to as a hi-temp snap disc or high temperature Therm-O-Disc, is a safety sensor that is in-line with the auger feed motor. Normally closed, this switch will open if temperatures exceed 200 degrees Fahrenheit causing the auger motor to shut down. This is a flush mount 200 degree high limit switch with a manual reset button. Once the stove is cool and unplugged from the wall, you can push the button in the center to reset the switch if it has tripped. If your high limit switch is tripping, we recommend you first inspect your convection fan blower operation and perform a thorough cleaning of your stove and exhaust flue vent pipe. This switch is the correct replacement for Napoleon NPI40, NPI45, NPS40, and NPS45 models, and Timberwolf TPI35 and TPS35 pellet stove models, part number W660-0055.
