Enviro Pellet Gasket

We carry three different firebox door replacement gasket kits for Enviro pellet stove models. The 5/8″ diameter rope gasket, part EF-056 and 50-088, is correct for Enviro EF3, EF5 (Evolution), Empress FPI, Empress FS, Meridian, Milan Insert, and Mini pellet stove models. The 1/2″ diameter rope gasket, part EF-057 is correct for the Enviro EF2 and Omega pellet stove models. The specialty dual bulb tadpole gasket, part 50-634 is correct for the Enviro Empress FS, Empress FPI, and Windsor pellet stove models. The door gasket creates the seal from the firebox door to the stove body and frame. Routinely inspect your gasket and replace when there are signs of notable wear, fray, poor seal, or air gaps. Having a tight door seal is imperative to the operation and safety of your Enviro pellet stove. If you are replacing a rope style gasket, follow along with our installation guide video below.

Enviro EF2, EF3, EF4, EF5 (Evolution), Empress FS, M55, Maxx, Meridian, Milan Insert, Mini, Omega, and Solus pellet stove models will use a 3/4″ flat tape style gasket for the window channel glass gasket, part EC-058. Our premium aftermarket replacement exceeds the quality of the original gasket and is easy to install. Routinely inspect your window/glass gasket and replace when you see frays, poor seal, or air gaps. General guide video below for installation.

Enviro EF2, EF3, EF4, EF5 (Evolution), Empress FS, M55, Maxx, Meridian, Mini, Omega, and Solus pellet stove models will use a 3/4″ flat tape style gasket for the seal on the ash pan door, part EF-208. The ash pan door seal is a critical gasket to ensure proper combustion air flow during operation. Inspect this gasket as well during your scheduled maintenance and replace when there is notable wear.

Lastly, we offer motor gasket replacements for Enviro. The combustion blower, also referred to as the exhaust fan or draft motor, will use two gasket seals. There will be a round gasket that goes from the motor to the housing, part numbers EF4i-012 and EF-012, and an oblong gasket, part numbers EF-011 and EF4i-011, that creates the seal from the housing to the exhaust manifold. We recommend these gaskets are replaced every time the blower motor is removed for cleaning/maintenance/service. The 'snail-style' convection fan, also referred to as the distribution blower or room-air fan, has an insulator mount gasket, part numbers EF4i-006 and EF-006. This gasket creates the seal from the blower housing to the air port on the stove. Same as the combustion blower gasket, we recommend replacement every time the blower fan is removed and/or when there are notable signs of wear, breaks, or splits in the gasket.
