This is a vacuum cast ceramic fiber refractory board rated at 500kgs/m3 density.
This high temperature insulation board is used to repair or build combustion chambers and fireboxes in oil, gas, or wood fired boilers and furnaces. This is commonly used to make target walls, front plates, and floor insulation. Additionally, this ceramic fiber board can be used in woodstove applications, fireplaces, forges, kilns, and evaporators. The material used has low thermal conductivity, low thermal mass, and resists thermal shock.
