Harman Gas Blowers & Switches

Harman gas stove and fireplaces have several different style blowers depending on the model. The convection fan, often referred to as the distribution blower or room-air fan, circulates air through the heat exchange tubes dispersing the heated air into the room. Be sure to regularly inspect and clean your blower motor windings and impeller wheel from dust and debris for optimal performance. A dry paint brush or compressed air can be great tools to keep your blower in tip top shape. Harman BVG models, Clarity 929 B Vent, Clarity 929 DV, and DVG gas stove models will use a 'snail-style' blower assembly, part 3-21-33647. Harman HB35 (Serenity II), HB38TV (Serenity III), and HB39RV models will use the crossflow 'open-faced' style blower, part 3-21-55416. The Harman Fireluxe and Shadowlight XL models will use an 'open-faced' blower assembly, part 3-21-32080.

We currently carry three safety switches for Harman gas stove models. The microswitch, part for the Clarity 929DV and DVG gas stove models. The blower limit switch, part 3-20-408412 for the Harman BVG models, Clarity 828i Insert, Clarity 929 B Vent, Clarity 929 DV, DVG models, and the Shadowlight XL. Lastly the ceramic blower control low limit switch, part 3-20-49812 for Harman Conquest, HB35 (Serenity II), HB38TV (Serenity III), and HB39RV gas stove models.
