There are many gasket seals for Heatilator Eco-Choice boilers, furnaces, and stove models. Ensuring your gasket seals are in optimal condition is vital for the safety, performance, and efficiency of your stove. If you are replacing a door rope gasket or flat tape glass gasket, see our instructional videos below.
When it comes to motor gaskets such as the PS35, PS50, and CAB50 combustion blower mount gasket, housing gasket, and auger motor gaskets, we recommend inspection during your regular maintenance. Generally speaking when a motor is removed for inspection, service, or cleaning, the gasket needs to be replaced before the motor is re-installed. Heatilator burnpot gaskets are of similar nature; if the burnpot is removed, the burnpot gasket should be replaced for safe and proper operation. If you are looking to save a few bucks check out our gasket sheet for tracing and cutting out replacement gaskets. Heatilator Eco-Choice models will also have a hopper lid gasket, hopper throat gasket, furnace swing plate gasket, flame guide insulator, air intake gasket, and auger motor gasket. There is a significant difference in the gaskets used for Heatilator Eco-Choice boiler and furnace models to the Heatilator Eco-Choice PS35, PS50, and CAB50 freestanding stove models. Be sure to cross reference your part number and contact us if you need assistance finding the correct replacement gasket.
