Lennox Pellet Interior & Exterior Parts

Several Lennox pellet stoves have fire brick board located on the rear fire walls inside the firebox. The Lennox Profile 20 and Optima 2 will use fire brick 14650011. The Lennox Profile 30, Profile 30 insert and Optima 3 will use fire brick 14750015, and the Montage 32FS will use refractory brick board H7054. The brick board is designed to insulate, maximizing the efficiency to the heat exchange tubes as well as acting as a safety barrier in the stove. Over time these brick boards will become brittle or cracked and need to be replaced. Pro-Tip: Always use a soft bristled brush to clean ash off of the brick board. Depending on your Lennox model there are variances to the style and type of burnpot/firepot grate weldment. The Profile 20, Profile 30, and Profile 30 Insert models will use the 12051263 Ultra-Grate II burnpot which we offer both OEM and aftermarket options for. The Optima 2, Optima 3, Optima 3 Insert, and Montage 32FS models will use the Ultra-Grate burnpot 12158905, and the Winslow models will use the cast iron burnpot H5856. Inspecting and cleaning your burnpot regularly is key to performance and efficiency. The grade of fuel will determine the frequency of cleaning; we always want to make sure the burnpot holes are open, build-up is cleaned out, and that it is seated properly. If you notice any cracks, breaks, or warping on the burnpot, we highly recommend replacement before the stove is back in operation.
