Highest Quality Pellethead Replacement ComfortBilt burnpot assembly. Commonly referred to as the firepot or burn grate, the steel burnpot is where the fire burns during operation. This will be the correct replacement burnpot for ComfortBilt HP21, HP22, HP22I, HP22N, HP42, and HP61 pellet stove models. Replacement for factory part numbers BP-1C and BPCAST1. We recommend routine cleaning and inspection of the burnpot for proper ignition and performance efficiency.

| Installation | Make sure the ignitor port hole is positioned toward the back of the stove while the pot sits flush on the cradle. Failure in proper positioning will alter airflow through the unit causing issues with startup, or cause an inefficient burn. |

| Troubleshooting | For proper stove operation, be sure that you are getting maximum airflow through the burn pot at all times. Regularly clean the burn pot to keep free of any ash or carbon build-up. Make sure you are vacuuming any visible debris while making sure each hole in the burn pot is open and clear. If you see any change in structure, warping, damage it's important to make sure the part is replaced. |
