Genuine OEM replacement ESP thermocouple for the Freedom Independence PS21 pellet stove, part 21089. The thermocouple mounts in the exhaust port of the PS21 and monitors exhaust temperatures. The thermocouple provides signal back to the control board to ensure proper and safe operation in all modes. If you are experiencing issues with your stove not going from startup into normal operating mode we recommend you inspect and clean the thermocouple. Fine steel wool or a scotch brite pad work great for cleaning the thermocouple.
