Freedom Independence PS21 Primary/Secondary Feeding Motor
Genuine OEM Replacement Freedom Independence PS21 pellet stove primary/secondary feeding motor. Also referred to as an auger motor or gearbox motor, the feeding motor is rated at 4.8 RPM, 24V DC. The primary feeding motor (SKU 21045) delivers the fuel from the hopper into the lower auger shaft. The primary feeding motor will pair with the secondary feeding roller/auger shaft (SKU 21048). The secondary feeding motor (SKU 21043) churns the pellet fuel into the burnpot pairing with the primary feeding roller (SKU 21042). This motor replacement is correct for either the primary or secondary feeder motor; the feeding rollers/auger shafts will be different as mentioned above. These motors will intermittently turn based on your control board, remote control, or WiFi heat settings. There are safety switches inside the pellet stove which will not allow the feeding motor to run if the switch is tripped or faulty.
