Genuine OEM replacement Freedom Independence PS21 pellet stove hopper fence, part number 21087. The hopper fence is installed inside the fuel hopper securing on small rivet points on the side walls. The hopper fence is designed to prevent large objects from going down into the feed system. We recommend fully cleaning out the fuel hopper every ton of pellets that is burned through to clean out accumulated sawdust. If you need to remove the hopper fence for maintenance, gently pull each corner off the securing rivets. We recommend replacement if the hopper fence becomes bent or is no longer holding securely inside the fuel hopper. General PS21 cleaning video below, hopper cleaning starts at 04:12.
