SBI Pressure Switch Tubing Hose
Highest Quality USA Pellethead Replacement pressure switch tubing hose for SBI Drolet, Enerzone, Flame, Osburn, and PSG pellet stove models. Our PH-VCT pressure switch tubing hose is the correct replacement for pellet stove and insert models using pressure switch 44029. Please review our models spec tab to verify. Replacement for part number 49004. Also referred to as the vacuum switch or air draft switch, the pressure switch senses air pressure in the firebox and exhaust flue vent pipe. The pressure switch is in-line with the auger feed motor and will not allow the auger motor to run if it is tripped or faulty. Any air losses or air blockages can trip the pressure switch. When experiencing issues with this safety switch, check the following: pressure switch hose/tubing, firebox door and ash door gasket seals, ash accumulation in the stove or venting, air intake channel, combustion blower/exhaust fan functionality. We recommend annual inspection of the vacuum switch hose and to replace if it becomes brittle, cracked, or is no longer making proper connection.
