Genuine OEM Vermont Castings steel front door nickel handle stub and shaft assembly, part numbers 500-4237 and 5004237. This handle assembly replaces part number 000-4377 which is no longer manufactured by Vermont Castings. This replacement works for several Vermont Castings wood, gas, and coal stove models; please see our models spec tab for a full list of applicable models. This handle measures 4″ length x 1-1/4″ thread length. Please note that this is the current style handle stub and shaft that is used with the current fallaway handle. If you have an earlier handle design that screws into the stub, this is the correct replacement and you will also need part number 0004342 to fully upgrade.
