The PelPro PP130, PP150, PP60, PP70, PPC90, and TSC90 models will use a 3/4″ round rope door gasket for sealing the firebox door to the stove frame/body. Our gasket kit includes high temperature sealant and replaces factory part numbers 832-1680 and SRV240-0051M. Over time the door gasket will wear and create air leakage which will affect your fire, efficiency, ignition, and can trip the vacuum switch not allowing the auger motor to run in pellet models. Regularly inspect your door gasket to ensure it's making a tight seal all the way around. When you need to replace, follow along with our installation video.

Most PelPro pellet stove models will use a 3/4″ flat tape-style gasket for the firebox door glass gasket. The glass gasket creates the seal from the door frame to the glass. The PelPro PP300 model will use a 3/8″ rope gasket that will be placed on the sides of the glass for installation. Inspect your glass gasket during your routine maintenance and replace when there are notable signs of wear, frays, or air gaps. Always replace the glass gasket if the glass is removed from the door. The ash door gasket is very similar to the glass gasket style. Be sure to inspect this gasket as well and replace when needed. When it comes time to replace your glass gasket you can watch our general installation guide video below.

The PelPro combustion blower, also referred to as the exhaust fan or draft motor, will have two gasket seals. The first is a 6″ round gasket that goes from the motor to the housing. The second is an oblong gasket that goes from the housing to the stove manifold. When removing your combustion blower exhaust fan motor, check these gasket seals and replace them when worn or cracked.
