Englander VACUUM SWITCH tubing hose
Top quality USA replacement vacuum switch tubing hose for Englander, Summers Heat, and Timber Ridge pellet and multi-fuel stove models. Also referred to as a pressure switch, air draft switch, or the door ajar switch, the vacuum switch will have a hose/tube that connects from the vacuum switch to either the combustion blower or rear firewall. The vacuum switch senses air pressure in the firebox and the exhaust venting; any air losses or blockages can trip the vacuum switch not allowing the auger feed motor to operate.
When inspecting or replacing your vacuum switch, it’s very important to check the hose/tubing to ensure it’s fitting tightly to both the switch and stove and that there are no cracks/splits/breaks in the hose. This replacement vacuum switch hose measures 3 feet in length and 1/4″ inside diameter and will be correct for both the CU-VS and PU-VS, replacing Englander part number PU-VH.
