This motor has wire leads for electrical connection instead of leads directly on the motor. Connection wires will plug in directly into wire leads; doesn’t matter which wire connects to which lead. This motor will have a hole in the shaft for installations that require a set pin. For most Englander models you will secure the set bolt to the flat edge of the shaft.
