This is a 115V AC sealed bearing motor assembly including the full housing, wire adapter, and mount gasket. This blower replaces Pacific Energy factory part number 5024.504. Direct room-air blower replacement for the Pacific Energy PS45 Warmland and Warmland Classic pellet stove models. General installation guide video below, please contact us for assistance. Please Note: The motor height is 4″, please double check your current motor height to ensure this replacement will fit correctly.
