MagnuM and Countryside pellet and multi-fuel stove switches, sensors, and control board replacement parts. MagnuM and Countryside stoves will have a proof of fire low limit switch mounted on the exhaust fan housing. As the stove goes through start-up and the limit switch reaches 110 degrees Fahrenheit, the switch will close allowing the fuel feed motor to come on as the stove transitions from start-up mode to normal operation. As the stove is shut down and the exhaust motor cools, the switch will auto re-open at the determined 20 degree Fahrenheit temperature. If your auger feed motor is not locking in after start-up or your exhaust fan is not shutting down once the stove is completely cool, we will want to take a closer look at this limit switch.

Depending on your model, MagnuM and Countryside will use either a 225 degree high limit switch with a manual reset or a 250 degree high limit with auto-reset. Be sure to double check the switch you are replacing and cross reference part numbers. This switch is normally closed and will open if temperatures exceed 225 or 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This safety switch is generally tripped when we have an out of control fire or when our convection fan/distribution blower is failing/failed and the stove is unable to disperse the heated air. If your high limit switch is tripping, we suggest a thorough cleaning of your stove and venting and to double check the operation of your convection fan.

Additional sensors and switches in this category will include the feed sensor switch, part number MF3536, and the blower fan speed control switch, part number MF3533.
