American Harvest and US Stove Pressure Switch
Highest Quality Pellethead Replacement Pressure Switch for American Harvest and US Stove models. Also referred to as the vacuum switch, the pressure switch or draft sensor is a safety switch that is in-line with the auger feed motor. This switch senses pressure in the firebox and exhaust flue vent pipe; any air losses or air blockages can trip the pressure switch shutting off power to the auger motor. Our PH-531 is a 0.05 W.C. pressure switch functioning as a correct replacement for the 80471 pressure switch with the 0.04 W.C. rating. This will be the correct replacement for the USSC American Harvest 6037 multi-fuel stove as well as additional United States Stove Company (US Stove/USSC) models. Please double check the part number in your manual prior to ordering. The bracket on the pressure switch may need to be removed or configured for installation.
When experiencing issues with this safety switch, check the following: Vacuum switch hose/tubing, firebox door and ash door gasket seals, ash accumulation in the stove or venting, air intake channel, combustion blower/exhaust fan functionality.
