SO_80P52629-RSt. Croix High Limit Switch Snap Disc
Highest Quality Aftermarket Replacement St. Croix high limit switch. This is an L250 manual reset snap disc with a recessed mount. The high limit switch is normally closed and will open if temperatures exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit shutting down the auger feed motor. If this switch trips, you will be required to manually reset by pushing the center button. Used in St. Croix models manufactured in 2004 to current including the Afton Bay, Auburn, Eclipse, Element, Hastings, Lincoln, Prescott EX/EXP, Prescott EXL, and York Insert pellet stove models. If your model was manufactured in 2003 or earlier, you will require the 80P20029-R high limit switch.
Our AMP-20160 will replace St. Croix factory part number 80P52629-R. If you are experiencing issues with the high limit switch tripping, we recommend to perform a thorough cleaning of the stove and flue vent exhaust pipe in addition to inspecting the function and operation of the distribution blower, convection fan.
