FunctionHigh Limit Snap Disc Safety Switch. Normally closed connection, opens when temperatures exceed 175F. Manual reset button must be pushed once the stove is cooled down to reset the snap disc if it is tripped . If this #2 snap disc is tripped or faulty it will not allow any of the components in the stove to operate.
