Harman and Heatilator Vacuum Differential Switch Tubing Hose
Highest Quality Pellethead Replacement vacuum differential switch tubing hose for Harman and Heatilator Eco-Choice pellet and coal stove models. Replaces HHT part numbers 3-44-5113574, 1-00-5113574 for the replacement hose for vacuum switch 3-20-6866/SRV8320-003. This vacuum switch tubing is used in all Harman pellet stove models, the Harman Mark I coal stove, and Heatilator Eco-Choice pellet stove boiler and furnace models.
Also referred to as the pressure switch or air draft switch, the vacuum differential switch senses pressure in the firebox and exhaust flue vent pipe. The vacuum switch is in-line with the auger feed motor and will not allow the auger motor to run if it is tripped or faulty. Any air losses or air blockages can trip the vacuum switch. When experiencing issues with this safety switch, check the following: Vacuum switch hose/tubing, firebox door and ash door gasket seals, ash accumulation in the stove or venting, air intake channel, combustion blower/exhaust fan functionality. We recommend annual inspection of the vacuum switch hose and to replace if it becomes brittle, cracked, or is no longer making proper connection.
