3-20-502221 | AMP-502221Harman and Heatilator Combustion Paddle
Genuine OEM Harman and Heatilator Eco-Choice replacement combustion fan blower paddle blade. Also referred to as the exhaust motor impeller or motor blade, this will be a 5″ diameter double paddle fan blade, part number 3-20-502221. When removing the combustion fan motor for cleaning or replacement, the paddle impeller blade must be removed. In some cases, the paddle can be simply removed by loosening the allen set screw that holds the impeller to the motor shaft. In other cases, this paddle can forge itself to the motor shaft not allowing the allen set screw to be loosened. If the paddle impeller will not come off, the best option is to fold the impeller fins inward and use a Dremel tool with a cut-off wheel to cut the motor shaft so it can be removed. We do recommend routine inspection and cleaning ash off the fan paddle during routine maintenance.
This paddle will be correct for the Harman Accentra 52i, Accentra 52i-TC, Advance, HydroFlex 60, Invincible Insert, Invincible RS, P38, P43, P61, P61A, P68, PB105, PF100, XXV, 44 Magnum, DVC 500, and Mark I models. This will also be correct for Heatilator Eco-Choice BA100, BH105, and BH60 models. Please see our model notes for full details.
